The XSZ-N117AM is the monocular model in the XSZ-N117A biological microscope series. With a single 30 deg inclined eyepiece it offers a direct, uncomplicated viewing arrangement for users who prefer one-eyepiece observation, while retaining the same quadruple nosepiece and four achromatic objectives (4X, 10X, 40X spring and 100X spring oil) as the binocular and trinocular versions.
Head and optics: monocular head inclined at 30 deg and rotatable 360 deg, supplied with one WF 10X/18 mm eyepiece. Because the monocular head is lighter than a binocular or trinocular head, it is a practical choice for high-throughput routine screening.

Ergonomic design: interpupillary distance range is 48-75 mm and the eyepiece tube can be rotated 360 deg, so the viewing head can be positioned for comfortable extended use. The easy-to-change fuse and the redesigned collector make the instrument much lighter to carry.
Typical applications: hospital and clinical laboratories, blood and urine sediment examination, microbiology and parasitology, veterinary laboratories, industrial quality control, and school or college biology teaching. The 360 deg rotatable monocular head allows the eyepiece to be turned towards the operator from either side of the bench.
